The Tech Central logo was a free lanced commission, received by the Brookfield Central High School Technology Education Department. I wanted to capture all of the different aspects that the department had to offer. It was important that I represented the following subjects: automotive, wood shop, computer coding, and digital imaging into the logo as a whole. To do so, I decided to incorporate a circuit, gear, and an aperture shutter, which combined to make a simplified camera. I incorporated the school colors as well, and decided on a catchy name for the department, Tech Central. In the future this logo will be embroidered on department shirts, as well as have a place on any formal department documents.
