Living in a small town like Oxford, OH helped me to notice that for local businesses in the area it's common for them to lack advertisement; something that is so essential in bigger businesses. With the Oxford Logo Project I was interested in capturing a hipster and modern vibe that connected with the college town feel of Oxford, while still having the simplicity of a small town lifestyle. I took inspiration from store logos that sold similar products, which I found around the internet. As I continue to grow this project I hope to gain interest from these local shops to implement the logos into their daily business plan.
